           在铁路工程节能降耗的调查中发现,蓄水池二次供水系统采用的离心泵设备设置有泵房及通风采暖附属设施,离心泵工作时,电动机风冷噪音大,水泵填料需要日常维护,存在占地面积大、能耗高、工作条件恶劣以及供水设施建设与运营成本指标高的突出问题。对于设置于管井水体中的潜水泵,无需风冷和通风采暖设施,能耗低,但在更换维护时,需要频繁分解和安装扬水管,维护十分麻烦;另外,由于节能高扬程潜水泵电动机设置在水泵组下部,导致潜水泵进水口位置高,在浅水域蓄水池使用时易产生旋流进气,影响工作效率。

          潜水泵自动碟合管道供水装置在允分利用潜水泵供水设备的基础上,通过潜水泵扬水管(套管)结合了潜水泵碟合器和“穿裙子”导流两种技术。

           潜水泵碟合器,是根据“锥度四凸形环盘”自动碟合原理,使潜水泵与扬水管非固定连接。即把锥度凸形环盘倒置在潜水泵出水口上,潜水泵依靠自重自动滑入扬水管(套管)上设置的锥度四环形盘中心进行碟合,从而实现非固定连接。

            潜水泵“穿裙子”导流的技术,是在不改变潜水泵自身设计结构的基础上,在潜水泵出水口以下部分为潜水泵环形出水口设置进水导流管,使进水水流由潜水泵底部流入,满足降低潜水泵的进水口位置高的安装要求。
